The Brunt is a distinctive property comprising a main farmhouse along with several farm steadings and is located in the quaint village of Spott, near Dunbar in East Lothian.
The buildings feature traditional Scottish rural architecture, reflecting the site’s historic agricultural use.
This derelict property was brought back to life by our client who re-developed the estate.
We supplied a mixture of Witton Fell and Corsehill Broached surrounds to majority of the openings across the entire development. As well as new entrance pier caps and a new chimney stack with copes.
This project is a fine example of how new and old can work well to restore and modernise old buildings to achieve a contemporary aesthetic while keeping traditional architectural characteristics.
